PLAYER INFORMATION
PlayHQ is where all of your player information is stored, and it is the player/parents responsibility to ensure that this information in correct. Especially contact details, email addresses, medical information and position preferences. Once you have registered a portal is created and can be accessed by the quick link at the top of our website, or using the members drop down menu. Please be mindful that you are in the correct portal when registering & making payments.
FEES
Fees are set at the start of each season. Fees can be paid by credit card online through your PlayHQ. Full fees are due at registration before trials. SMAA is an approved provider for the governments sports vouchers program. To download a voucher please click here, and email the completed voucher to smaa.secretary@smaanetballclub.com.au.
UNIFORMS
Players are required to be in full uniform for all games (including the first!) so its important that uniforms are arranged early, to allow delivery times.

IMPORTANT DATES
The important dates for the upcoming season are shown on our calendar, other dates will be added as the season progresses. SMAA Annual Winter presentation night is on the eve of grand finals (for juniors) and the following week for seniors. This is a night for all teams, not just those in the grand finals. Players attendance costs for Presentation Night is included in Winter Fees.
COMMUNICATION
All communication throughout the season will be either through your team manager or directly from the club by email, sms or facebook updates. You will receive rosters, newsletters and other communication as needed. As such please ensure that you keep your contact information up to date on your PlayHQ player portal, and like and follow our facebook page.
