IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Hi Members,

Due to the evolving situation with COVID-19 the SMAA Committee decided last night to suspend all training sessions until further notice. 

We will also be postponing the Coach the Coaches and Coach/Team Managers Meeting on the 25^th March 2020.

 This decision has been made now in the best interest of all Club members.  We are taking direction from Government Health Authorities in regards to these decisions.

Our Committee will meet again on Monday 30^th March and review the situation again in regards to training and the pending season moving forward.in the best interest of our members.

Whilst the situation is constantly evolving, the health and wellbeing of our netball community – athletes, coaches, team personnel, officials and volunteers is paramount and the potential impact on our people will be at the forefront of any decision made.

Our Committee thank you for your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times.  You can be assured our priority is to ensure the safety of our members and their immediate families including extended families and friends.

As a Club we are also mindful of the elderly and vulnerable people in the community therefore all precautions taken are aimed to assist with slowing the spread of the virus as best we can to protect everyone. We all have a part to play in achieving this.
